John Mamis

John graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine from Western Sydney University. He is interested in all aspects of Podiatry, with a particular focus in the intricate workings related to the musckoleskeletal system of the lower limb and its significance on our daily lives. He is genuinely passionate about diagnosing, treating, and preventing both acute and chronic lower limb injuries.

Beyond his specialisation, John finds fulfillment in providing general skin and nail treatments whilst establishing connections with his patients. He takes pleasure in crafting individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. He also incorporates complementary therapies such as exercise prescription, taping techniques, dry needling, shockwave therapy, orthotic prescription, and foot mobilization & manipulation.

Having experienced recurring sporting injuries over his 20 years of active participation, he found himself sidelined from playing. This personal setback ignited his passion for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of acute and chronic lower limb injuries.
